The Nube Method®︎
With more than a decade of experience, we have developed and implemented the Nube Method, an approach based on play, experimentation and artistic thinking, which uses art as a tool for meaningful and contextual learning. This method, adaptable and replicable in diverse contexts, enhances key social-emotional skills such as critical thinking, curiosity and collaboration, in addition to strengthening self-esteem, resilience and empathy.
Learn about our method
The Nube Method is a way of learning based on play, experimentation and artistic thinking that promotes creativity in students and teachers. Through meaningful experiences, cognitive, sensitive and procedural competencies are developed to help face the challenges of everyday life. What we do is to investigate the creative processes that occur in the artists’ workshops and identify the knowledge that is generated there in five dimensions: knowledge, doings, attitudes, sensitive exploration and reflection and projection, which we then take to learning objectives for each of the activities we design.
The pedagogical design
The Nube Method promotes integral development through five dimensions: technical, socioemotional, creative, critical and reflective thinking. As opposed to a traditional approach focused on content and procedures, Nube emphasizes the teaching and evaluation of key skills to meet the challenges of the 21st century.
